What does the course offer

Pregnancy yoga is suitable for any expectant mother. You don’t need to have any yoga experience or be flexible to practice yoga. You can start the course from 14 weeks and you can follow the lessons until the birth of your little one.

This course is designed to provide you with a fit pregnancy and to help you prepare both mentally and physically for your delivery.

Pregnancy Yoga

  • Increase your physical and mental strength, confidence and intuition.
  • Relaxes your body and mind and helps you make room for yourself and your child.
  • Teaches you postures, movements and transitions that you can use during pregnancy and delivery.
  • Provides room for questions and exchange with other expectant mothers.

Rates

10 lessons for 175,00 euros including 19% VAT.

Duration of the lesson | 60 minutes

After the 10-week course, there is the possibility to book a pregnancy yoga class for 17,50 euros per week until your delivery. You can then decide to stop at any time when it gets too heavy.

There are health insurance policies that cover this course. This depends on who you are insured with.

Due to covid-19, courses are currently ONLINE. When RIVM rules relax you are also welcome LIVE or in due course you can follow a combination of LIVE and ONLINE yoga classes.

The great thing about pregnancy yoga is that everything is focused on relaxing, taking time for yourself and learning to be consciously pregnant, to enjoy the growth process of your little one in your belly. The techniques and moments of relaxation that I give you in the course will help you to let go and have confidence in yourself, in your body and in the process.

The groups are small, so there is room for personal attention. There is room to exchange ideas with other pregnant ladies.
